Terms of use

These terms cover using Ezfit, the wardrobe app. By using it, you agree to them. The privacy policy explains how your data is handled.
Using Ezfit
- You need to be at least 13 to use Ezfit.
- You can use Ezfit without an account, with the sample closet and your own pieces kept on your phone. The AI features and backup need an account (Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google or an email code). Keep your sign-in safe; you’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Ezfit is in an early test version (the “beta”). Features can change, break or go away, and there may be days when parts of it don’t work.
- Without an account you can keep up to 30 pieces, the sample closet included. A free account keeps up to 100 and gets a one-time taste of photo scans, the stylist and Restyle ideas; color analysis from a selfie comes with Ezfit Plus (choosing your season is free). Ezfit Plus has no piece limit and a monthly AI allowance. Socks, underwear and other basics never count toward a piece limit, and nothing you already have is locked or removed when you reach one: only adding waits.
Ezfit Plus
- What it is: an optional subscription for more of the AI features each month and an unlimited closet. Everything else in Ezfit stays free, with no ads.
- Price: shown in the app before you buy, in your currency (in the US, $7.99 a month or $49.99 a year). It’s charged by the App Store or Google Play to your Apple or Google account, and you need a free Ezfit account to buy it, so it follows you to a new phone.
- Free trial: the yearly plan can start with a 7-day free trial, once per person. If you don’t cancel before it ends, the yearly price is charged when it ends. Ezfit reminds you two days before. During the trial the AI features have lower limits than the paid plan: up to 150 photo scans, 40 stylist messages, 10 restyle ideas and 5 color analyses for the whole trial. The full monthly allowance starts when the trial ends.
- Renewal: it renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your phone’s Settings (App Store) or Google Play. Deleting the app or your Ezfit account doesn’t cancel it.
- Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
- Allowance: the monthly allowance refills on the 1st of each month. Daily safety limits apply to every account. Ezfit may change the allowance; it won’t lower it during a period you’ve already paid for.
- Restore purchases: on a new phone, sign in to the same Ezfit account, or use Restore purchases in your profile.
The AI features
Photo scans, Your colors, the stylist and Restyle ideas are written automatically by an AI (Anthropic’s Claude). They’re suggestions, and they can be wrong, odd or not right for you.
- Check before you rely on them: a scan can get a color or fabric wrong, and a color palette is an estimate from one photo.
- Alteration and repair ideas are general tips. Follow the care labels, take care with tools, and ask a tailor or cobbler when in doubt.
- Nothing in Ezfit is professional, medical or financial advice.
- If an answer is offensive, unsafe or wrong, tap Report under it.
- The AI features have limits, so the service stays fair and affordable: a one-time taste with a free account, totals for the whole free trial, a monthly allowance with Ezfit Plus, and daily safety limits for everyone. The limits can change.
Resell writes listings on your phone, with no AI (older versions of the app used AI for them). Its price guide is a rough guide from typical secondhand prices, not a valuation, so compare similar listings before you set your price.
Your content
- Your photos, pieces, looks and messages stay yours. You let Ezfit store them, show them to you and send them to the services that run its features (as the privacy policy describes), only to run the app for you.
- Only add photos you’re allowed to use. Don’t add photos of other people without their permission.
- Don’t use Ezfit for anything illegal, harmful or hateful, to try to make the AI produce such content, or to harass anyone.
- Don’t try to get around the daily limits or sign-in, overload Ezfit’s server, copy it, or use it to build a competing service.
Other services
Ezfit links to other services, such as YouTube searches for tutorials, maps for directions, and the brands and secondhand shops in Shop with care. They aren’t run by Ezfit and have their own terms.
Ending
You can stop any time and delete your account from your profile (or as described on Delete your account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may end the beta. If we close Ezfit, we’ll tell you in the app first where we can, so you have time to delete your data.
No guarantees
Ezfit is provided as it is, without guarantees that it’s always available, error-free or right for your needs. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on its suggestions. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
App Store
If you got Ezfit from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn’t responsible for Ezfit or its support.
Weather
YOUR USE OF THIS REAL TIME WEATHER GUIDANCE APPLICATION OR WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WEATHER DATA MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. Apple Weather Data may vary from actual conditions due to variable factors, such as signal issues and geopolitical events, that can affect the accuracy of Apple Weather Data.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and for important changes the app tells you first.
